Students are used to platforms where work is bid on by strangers. I built The Desk so they can write to one person — me.

I have spent more than six years at this desk. Over 65 students have sent briefs — first-year essays, dissertations, reports, the lot — and I have written every draft myself. If you want to see the standard before you commit, say so in the brief. Work samples are always ready on demand.

I trained in computer science. STEM briefs are home turf. The same craft covers essays, reports, and dissertations in every other faculty: argument, evidence, structure, and tone.

If the writing is mine, the email is mine. If I cannot help, I say so in the first reply rather than taking a deposit. I reply within 30 minutes or less, for every country.
